As a BIM Modeler in Amsterdam, you'll be shaping the future of construction by creating detailed designs in Revit. Your precision and teamwork will be key to the success of various building projects, primarily in residential construction.
You'll be responsible for technically elaborating designs, using Revit to produce detailed drawings that adhere to building codes and standards. This might also involve site measurements and preparing evacuation reports. Your keen eye for detail ensures projects meet requirements and deadlines, working closely with architects and structural engineers.
This role is for someone with an MBO or HBO degree in Construction and experience with Revit. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are important for collaborating effectively within the project team.
