This company is looking for a Draftsperson specializing in systemic residential construction with the Maxmodul system. You'll be responsible for creating detailed execution and production plans for heating and sanitary systems, working with Revit models for prefabrication.
Your role will involve coordinating plans with production and construction sites, contributing to the development of the system and planning processes, and ensuring detailed planning of pipe routing and connections. This position requires a strong understanding of serial prefabrication and standardized systems.
To be successful, you'll need a relevant technical qualification and experience in HVAC execution planning, ideally within residential construction. Proficiency in CAD, particularly Autodesk Revit, and MS Office is essential. You should be reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator.
