Job Description
The company is looking for a Structural BIM Modeler to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves creating detailed 3D structural models and producing coordinated drawings using Revit. You'll be working on a variety of projects across different sectors, ensuring BIM standards are maintained throughout.
Your day-to-day will include updating models, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with engineers and other design teams to resolve any issues. A key part of the role is also to extract Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the models and contribute to improving BIM workflows and templates.
This position requires a strong understanding of structural design principles and the ability to produce clear, precise construction drawings. Experience coordinating with MEP teams and a good grasp of BIM standards are essential.
