Job Description
This role involves creating and updating Revit BIM models to accurately represent existing building conditions. You'll be converting 2D information into 3D models and populating them with essential asset data and parameters. The position also requires generating various views and schedules from the models, ensuring quality control, and maintaining organized project files.
The company is looking for someone with at least two years of BIM experience, particularly with Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are important. Familiarity with asset tagging and metadata within Revit is also a plus.
