A mechanical design technician is needed to join a dynamic team in the powersports industry. This role involves contributing to all stages of product development, from initial ideas and design to validation and production. You'll be involved in analyzing needs, brainstorming technical directions, and creating concept models. The position requires hands-on involvement, including building prototypes, developing test protocols, and conducting tests in both lab and field settings. You will also be responsible for detailed design work using SolidWorks, creating drawings and bills of materials, and preparing technical documentation. This role offers the chance to become a go-to expert in 3D printing, 3D scanning, and SolidWorks.
