Job Description
This role is about supporting project management in building construction. You'll be involved in controlling and monitoring projects from the planning to the construction phase, assisting with technical and economic reports, and contributing to feasibility studies.
You'll work closely with clients on technical and economic matters, acting as a key support for your colleagues. The ideal candidate has a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of VOB, AHO, VgV, and HOAI. Familiarity with cost and schedule control, as well as construction processes and regulations, is important.
You should be comfortable with MS Office and other industry software, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a team. If you're looking to grow your project management career in building construction, this could be a great fit.
