Job Description
This role is for a Construction Project Coordinator in London, Ontario, Canada. The company is looking for someone to support their Construction Department by helping with CAPEX projects. You'll be involved in preparing documents, managing invoices, and keeping track of budgets and schedules.
The position offers the chance to oversee smaller construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, securing permits, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. You'll also be responsible for ensuring projects meet brand standards and are completed on time and within budget.
A college degree in construction or architecture, along with a year of experience in construction, is required. Some monthly and weekly travel is also expected.
