Job Description
This company is looking for a Survey Technician/Technologist to join their Geomatics team in Burnaby, British Columbia. You'll be involved in fieldwork, collecting data and performing various types of surveys like topographic, bathymetric, and 3D scanning. The role requires a willingness to travel across British Columbia, sometimes overnight, and work outdoors in different conditions.
You'll also be responsible for preparing survey drawings using Civil3D and ensuring the quality of both field and drafted data. Experience with Trimble survey equipment and knowledge of BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure standards would be beneficial.
