Job Description
This role is about ensuring the telecommunications equipment and services at Hydro-Québec are well-managed and up-to-date. You'll be involved in technical support for projects, setting up equipment, and keeping the inventory database accurate based on engineering documents.
Your day-to-day will involve managing inventories of network assets, responding to client requests, and coordinating service requests with external companies. You'll also help analyze equipment issues, contribute to standardizing systems, and provide technical information to both internal and external clients.
To succeed, you'll need a DEC in electronics or computer systems, with experience in analog/digital networks, IP, and network management tools. Strong analytical and communication skills are key, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
If you're looking to contribute to a major energy provider's telecommunications infrastructure, this could be a great fit.
