Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Technician to join their team in Orlando, Florida. You'll be working with project design teams to create and manage 3D Revit models, providing essential support and troubleshooting for engineers and designers.
Your day-to-day will involve creating models from client information, linking AutoCAD drawings, and performing model health checks. You'll also be responsible for updating title blocks, conducting quality control reviews, and managing Revit models in a shared cloud environment.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in BIM model management, particularly for hospitality, entertainment, or healthcare projects. Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential, with experience in BIM360 Document Management and Bluebeam being a plus.
