Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Technician to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You'll be working on a modernization project for a major financial institution, focusing on creating and maintaining accurate, data-rich 3D building models using Autodesk Revit.
Your day-to-day will involve translating drawings, scans, and site information into coordinated BIM models that reflect existing conditions. You'll be responsible for populating models with asset data, generating various project views, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards. This role offers a hybrid work setup with a 5-month contract, with potential for extension and conversion.
