Job Description
The company is looking for a CAD Technician to join their Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This role involves translating designs into accurate manufacturing drawings for production, supporting the mechanical design team.
You'll be interpreting mechanical drawings, creating 3D models, and preparing layout and approval drawings. The position also requires preparing manufacturing drawings, installation manuals, and following projects through the manufacturing process to ensure proper assembly.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 0-1+ years of experience in mechanical design, holding a diploma in mechanical engineering technology or a related field. Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, along with an understanding of manufacturing processes, is important.
