Job Description
The company is looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join a significant construction project on the island of Paros. This role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, and ensuring everything aligns with project plans and quality standards.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, conducting quality checks, and keeping track of project timelines and budgets. This position also requires you to help resolve any on-site construction challenges and manage project documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of construction site experience. Familiarity with project management tools and strong communication skills are essential, along with fluency in both Greek and English.
