Job Description
This company is looking for a Construction Engineer in Renton, Washington. You'll be supporting field operations by ensuring work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. This involves inspecting installed work, performing quantity surveys, and assisting with interpreting construction drawings for field crews.
You'll also help track material and equipment needs, monitor safety compliance, and coordinate with survey teams. Resolving field issues by collaborating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design engineers will be a key part of the role, as will preparing daily reports and using construction software to communicate progress.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, along with at least two years of relevant experience, is required. Previous heavy civil construction experience is a plus.
