Job Description
The company is looking for a Digitalization Project Manager to join their team in Guyancourt, France. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing digital tools to enhance data capture, analysis, and reporting across their civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
You'll be responsible for understanding the needs of project teams, identifying areas for process improvement, and deploying digital solutions for quality control, safety, and document management. A key part of this will be training and supporting site teams in using these new tools effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (general or civil) with a strong interest in digital transformation. Experience with Power BI is a plus, as is a pragmatic approach, strong organizational skills, and good interpersonal abilities.
