Job Description
This role is for a Building Services Engineer to join a team in Hong Kong. You'll be involved in designing, installing, and maintaining the essential systems that make buildings functional, efficient, and safe. This is a great chance to get hands-on experience and build a career in building services engineering.
You will plan and design building services systems, working closely with architects and other engineers to integrate them into the overall project. You'll also use CAD software for design work, provide technical support, and prepare reports and documentation, ensuring everything meets regulations and quality standards.
To be successful, you'll need a degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, a good understanding of building services principles, and proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are also important, along with the ability to manage your tasks and work well with others.
