Job Description
This role is for a Junior Refrigeration Engineer/EIT with 1-2 years of experience in industrial refrigeration system design. You'll be working on refrigeration systems for the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating on designs, creating schematics in AutoCAD and Revit/Plant3D, conducting safety audits, and writing specifications. You'll also perform site inspections and help build client relationships.
The company is looking for someone with a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background, familiarity with ammonia and CO2 systems, and knowledge of relevant codes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, as is proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Plant 3D is a plus.
