Job Description
The company is looking for a BE Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves designing and developing industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment. You'll be working on thermal system design, including insulation, heat distribution, and airflow, and will also assist in product development, prototyping, and testing.
For fresh graduates, a BE in Mechanical Engineering with basic knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and CAD software is required. If you have 1-5 years of experience, the company is looking for expertise in industrial furnace design, thermal systems, or heat treatment, along with proficiency in simulation tools like ANSYS or COMSOL for thermal analysis. Hands-on experience with fabrication, sheet metal design, and structural analysis, as well as knowledge of industry standards for heat treatment processes, would be beneficial.
You will perform mechanical calculations for furnace structures and heat transfer, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth fabrication and assembly. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations is also a key part of the role.
