Job Description
The company is looking for someone to join their team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of construction projects. This role involves reviewing designs, coordinating with other disciplines, and managing the MEP schedule to ensure everything aligns with the overall project timeline.
You'll be involved in identifying and resolving clashes, contributing to value engineering, and ensuring that all MEP installations meet the required standards and specifications. This includes supervising daily activities on-site, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating inspections with consultants and clients.
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or MEP Engineering is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is beneficial. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with a strong understanding of electrical, ELV, plumbing, drainage, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
