This role is for a Junior BIM Coordinator focusing on Mechanical installations in Asten, Netherlands. You'll be supporting colleagues in preparing and detailing mechanical systems. This involves developing technical solutions, creating initial designs, and ensuring projects are technically and financially well-prepared. You will work on the early stages of projects, translating client needs into technical outlines for mechanical installations, including preliminary cost estimates. This provides contractors with a clear understanding of the design before the project moves to detailed technical development. Your responsibilities include proposing technical solutions, developing drawings and initial calculations, and liaising with clients and internal teams. The company is looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the installation technology field. Experience with Syntess Atrium or Revit is a plus.
