Job Description
This company is looking for a Reality Capture & BIM Modeler to join their Virtual Design & Construction team. You'll be involved in taking reality capture data, like laser scans, and turning it into BIM models. This includes processing point clouds, creating existing conditions models in Revit, and working with MEP systems.
You'll also assist with field verification, using scanners and tablets to check existing conditions and compare them with coordinated models. The role offers a great chance to learn and grow in the VDC and digital construction space, with opportunities to become proficient in various reality capture hardware and software.
