This role is for an Architect on a Master Plan Advisory team, focusing on turning client visions into reality. You'll be involved in master planning, feasibility studies, and due diligence projects across various sectors like Mixed Use, Education, and Healthcare. The position offers a chance to contribute to a growing practice, working collaboratively with local and global teams. Your day-to-day will involve managing projects from start to finish, conducting site assessments, creating density studies, and developing implementation plans. You'll also handle zoning analysis, support client acquisition, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-6 years of project management experience, ideally in master planning.
