The company is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from start to finish. This role involves leading the planning, design coordination, and execution phases, ensuring that design concepts are brought to life effectively.
You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders including architects, designers, and contractors, and ensuring that all projects meet approved design, budget, and quality standards. The position also requires reviewing architectural plans and documentation, and conducting site inspections to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
This opportunity is ideal for a Licensed Architect with 5-8 years of experience in architectural design or project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential, along with knowledge of rendering software. Experience in retail or large-scale development projects would be a significant advantage.
