Job Description
The company is seeking a Residential Architectural Technologist to assist with various residential redevelopment projects. This role involves supporting feasibility studies, concept planning, and early design for a range of housing types, including ADUs, garden suites, duplexes, and small infill developments. You'll be reviewing property details, preparing site plans, and outlining development options.
This is a contract, project-based position. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential design and a strong understanding of local zoning regulations.
