Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Technologist for an 18-month contract in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This role involves handling design, drafting, and production tasks, as well as coordinating permit and architectural approval applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production workloads, improving processes, and maintaining CAD/Revit standards. They will also act as a key liaison between various internal teams, external partners, and municipalities, ensuring design requirements are met and construction issues are addressed.
This position requires a diploma in Architectural Technologies, over 5 years of experience in residential new home construction, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
