Job Description
This company is seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to step into a Design Coordinator role. The position involves taking design concepts and turning them into detailed, construction-ready drawings. You'll be working closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
Your day-to-day will include preparing various types of architectural drawings using AutoCAD, coordinating with other disciplines to avoid clashes, and managing drawing revisions. You'll also be involved in reviewing site conditions and resolving any drawing-related queries during the construction phase.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and detailing, with a strong command of AutoCAD. Experience with Revit or other 3D modeling software would be a plus. A good understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams are essential.
If you're ready to contribute to significant residential and commercial projects, this role offers a great opportunity.
