Job Description
The company is looking for a talented Architect, Assistant Architect, or Architectural Draftsperson to join their team in Damme, Belgium. This role is crucial in their design process, supporting project architects in the technical development of residential projects from sketch to completion.
You will be responsible for accurately drafting design and execution plans using AutoCAD, translating designs into 3D models with SketchUp, and preparing permit applications. Additionally, you'll create detailed quantity surveys and assist with administrative dossier preparation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about residential architecture, and proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. A degree in Architecture or equivalent experience is required, along with strong Dutch language skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
