Job Description
This company is looking for an Architect with a strong background in CAD and construction documentation to join their team on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
In this position, you'll be responsible for creating detailed floor plans and elevation sets, as well as developing comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering needs. You'll also prepare accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation and produce multi-sheet electrical schematics. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work with the team to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions, ensuring all documentation packages meet project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation. Proficiency with industry-standard 2D/3D CAD tools and PCB layout design software is essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and advanced English communication abilities are also important for success in this role.
