Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves supporting architectural design reviews for remodel and reinvestment projects, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines and prototype standards. You'll be coordinating with various teams, tracking review comments, and maintaining project documentation.
You'll be reviewing architectural designs, verifying compliance with brand standards, and coordinating with MEP teams. A key part of this role is managing design review comments, change requests, and approvals across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables. You will also perform detailed reviews of working drawings and GFC drawings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in retail design or remodel/renovation projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
