This company is looking for an Architectural Technologist with over 10 years of experience or a Junior Architect to join their team. You'll be involved in all stages of construction projects, from initial concepts right through to completion. The role involves working closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to create high-quality, buildable projects across various construction sectors. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with different consultants, and ensuring projects meet building codes and regulations. You'll use your expertise in Revit and/or AutoCAD to develop plans, sections, and specifications. During construction, you'll assist with site reviews, respond to RFIs, and manage project documentation. This is a great opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and develop your technical and coordination skills.
