Job Description
The company is looking for a Technician in Architecture to join their team in Lanaudière, Quebec, Canada. This role involves supporting architects and the project team in developing technical aspects of projects from design through to construction.
You'll be responsible for creating and coordinating technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, and collaborating with external consultants on various disciplines. The position also includes participating in project management tasks like quality control and schedule adherence, as well as responding to technical queries during bidding and construction phases.
The ideal candidate will have a DEC in Architectural Technology or equivalent, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit, Autocad, and Bluebeam. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively are essential.
