Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Job Captain in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This role is for someone with at least three years of experience in an architectural office, particularly with retail, restaurant, and commercial projects. You'll be using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam daily to develop and update construction documents.
You'll be responsible for coordinating with consultants, tracking project progress, and ensuring drawings are complete and accurate. A good understanding of construction, IBC, and ADA codes is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with clients and project leaders.
