Job Description
This established architectural firm, with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their multidisciplinary studio in Dublin. They are known for their work across residential, education, healthcare, and commercial projects and operate in a quality-driven, ISO-certified environment.
In this role, you will take the lead on the technical delivery of healthcare and data centre projects, managing them from initial site delivery through to final handover. Your responsibilities will include producing detailed drawings, technical documents, and project specifications, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and the company's high-quality standards. You'll also be the point of contact for technical queries, coordinating smoothly with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong background in residential and commercial projects in Ireland. Proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of Irish construction methods and Building Regulations are essential. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills are also key to managing multiple projects effectively.
