This architectural design studio in Dublin is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their delivery team. You'll be working on significant residential projects, from initial concepts right through to completion, ensuring everything meets client needs and complies with Irish Building Regulations. Your role will involve coordinating high-quality technical designs and acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. You'll also be responsible for site inspections, managing project documentation, and keeping everyone updated on progress to ensure smooth project delivery. To be successful, you'll need at least five years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally with large-scale residential projects. Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing is essential, as is advanced proficiency in Revit.
