Job Description
This role is for an Architecture Technical Office professional to join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt. You'll be responsible for preparing and coordinating architectural technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed documentation, ensuring they meet project specifications and codes.
You will work closely with design, structural, and MEP teams to tackle technical challenges, assist with tender preparations, and help with quantity take-offs. This position also involves responding to site queries, updating drawings as needed, and making sure the design vision translates smoothly into construction.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in architecture and design, with proven experience in technical office roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 6-8 years of relevant experience are required.
