An architect with membership in the Quebec Order of Architects is sought to join a growing real estate development company in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. This role involves contributing to residential projects from the initial design stages through to construction.
The position offers the chance to develop architectural concepts, prepare documentation for municipal approvals, and produce permit and construction drawings. You will also coordinate with external architectural firms and various professionals, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with experience in residential architecture and a good understanding of the Quebec Building Code.
