Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their design team in Dubai. This role involves taking architectural projects from the initial concept all the way to completion, making sure the designs are innovative and meet client needs while following all project requirements and regulations.
You'll be responsible for developing and presenting architectural designs to clients and stakeholders. This includes managing multiple projects at once, coordinating with engineers and other team members, and conducting site visits to ensure everything is on track and compliant with plans. You'll also review project documentation and mentor junior architects.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree in Architecture and at least 4 years of experience, particularly with commercial and residential projects. Proficiency in software like AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with a strong understanding of local building codes and construction methods. Good communication and teamwork skills are also key.
