Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You'll be involved in delivering projects from the initial concept right through to completion, taking the lead on architectural and coordination aspects. This role requires ensuring designs meet international codes and standards, and that all project deliverables are technically coordinated across different disciplines and with sub-consultants.
You'll also act as the project's Design Coordinator, participating in design reviews and client meetings, and ensuring all documentation is properly managed and dispatched on time. The role involves coordinating works internally and externally with agencies, stakeholders, and approving authorities, all while managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically on airport projects. A strong background in leading teams and large-scale project design from start to finish is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with a solid understanding of international codes, standards, and statutory authority requirements.
