Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves actively contributing to project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring designs adhere to international codes, aviation standards, and local UAE regulations. You'll be responsible for coordinating design efforts across disciplines, managing documentation, and participating in meetings with clients and authorities.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, preferably with large-scale aviation projects. A Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture is required, along with relevant professional memberships. Strong knowledge of UAE codes, aviation guidelines, and fire safety principles is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must, with experience in 3D rendering and computational design tools being advantageous. Familiarity with collaborative platforms and digital twin concepts is also beneficial.
