Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior RDD to lead research, design, and development for their mall projects in Giza, Egypt. This role involves overseeing the entire design process, from preliminary concepts to final fit-out inspections, ensuring projects meet high standards and maximize commercial space.
You'll be coordinating with consultants, tenants, and internal departments, managing design packages, and approving procurement and execution plans. The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture, Design, or Project Management, 3-5 years of experience in real estate or shopping mall development, and advanced knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
