The company is looking for an experienced Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join their team in New Cairo, Egypt. This role involves a deep dive into project contract documents, ensuring everything from schedules to drawings and bills of quantities are understood. A key part of the job is managing the shop drawing process, making sure they are accurate and submitted for approval correctly. You'll also be responsible for preparing and resolving Requests for Information (RFIs) with consultants, and reviewing shop drawings from subcontractors. Leading the architectural technical office section and guiding the team will be crucial, as will tackling any technical challenges that arise during construction. The role also includes preparing detailed construction drawings and ensuring seamless coordination with structural and MEP teams, culminating in the preparation of as-built drawings. This position requires a B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering and 7-10 years of experience in architectural technical office work, ideally on large-scale building projects like hospitals, malls, or hotels. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Revit is essential, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
