Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role involves overseeing daily architectural construction activities, ensuring everything aligns with approved drawings and specifications. You'll be conducting site inspections, monitoring quality, and coordinating with various teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines. A key part of the job is attending site meetings and reviewing important documents like shop drawings and material submissions.
You'll also be responsible for tracking project progress against the schedule, maintaining site records, and updating as-built drawings. Experience with AutoCAD is essential, and proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination is a plus. While a Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required, and professional registration is advantageous, the company is also open to fresh graduates with 1-3 years of experience in construction site supervision, particularly on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
