Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Architect Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves taking architectural designs from concept through to detailed drawings, ensuring everything aligns with Saudi Building Code and local regulations. You'll be responsible for preparing and managing submissions to authorities for timely approvals.
You'll work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients, leading technical discussions and coordinating across different disciplines to ensure smooth design execution. This also includes supervising construction phases, conducting site visits, and resolving any architectural issues that arise, as well as reviewing contractor submittals.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering with 10-15+ years of experience, ideally on large-scale projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software is essential, along with a solid understanding of building codes and construction methods. Leadership and communication skills are also key.
