Job Description
The company is looking for a Station Architectural Lead in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves guiding all architectural aspects of construction for a major transit project, ensuring designs are functional, aesthetic, and meet all regulations. You'll be coordinating with various engineering disciplines, project managers, and stakeholders to bring architectural visions to life within budget and on schedule.
This position requires a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and sustainable design. You'll be responsible for overseeing drawings, plans, and 3D models, conducting site visits, and ensuring the quality of architectural documentation. Experience with BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD, along with at least 10 years of architectural design and construction experience, including 3 years in the railway and transit sector, is essential.
