Job Description
This role involves developing new architectural concepts and space layouts for La Samaritaine, focusing on furniture, lighting, and materials. You'll be responsible for creating presentation documents, including 3D visualizations, and preparing detailed project plans for various design stages.
You will coordinate with external partners like architects and engineering firms, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Collaboration with internal departments to plan brand placements and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders will be key. A strong commitment to eco-design principles is also expected.
The ideal candidate is an architect or interior designer with at least 10 years of experience in high-end project management, particularly in retail, hospitality, or restaurants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup/Vray, Rhino, or 3DSMax is essential, along with excellent English communication skills.
