Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced Architect to lead the design and construction of luxury villas. This role involves managing projects from the initial client brief through to the final handover, requiring a blend of design flair, technical expertise, and site supervision skills.
You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, developing concepts, producing detailed drawings, and coordinating with various consultants. A key part of the job will be ensuring the construction aligns with the approved designs and managing project timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of high-end residential projects and at least 8 years of experience, with a proven track record of taking projects from concept to completion. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential, with Revit/BIM knowledge being a plus.
