The company is looking for an Architectural Interior Detailer to join their team in Manila. This role is about taking design ideas and turning them into practical, buildable details for high-end hospitality and residential projects. You'll be creating detailed drawing sets and working closely with others to make sure the design vision is realized. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed interior architectural drawings and construction documents. This includes coordinating interior detailing packages, reviewing shop drawings and material submissions, and working with consultants and suppliers. The goal is to ensure the design quality and technical accuracy are maintained throughout the project. To be successful, you'll need extensive experience in interior detailing for luxury projects, a strong eye for detail, and a good understanding of materials and construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is essential, along with a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
