Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical Office Architect to join their team in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. This role involves preparing and developing detailed shop drawings, technical drawings, and construction documentation specifically for interior fit-out projects. You'll be reviewing tender documents and project requirements to ensure everything aligns with the project's goals.
You will collaborate closely with the design, commercial, and site teams, providing support throughout all project stages. This includes assisting with design development and making necessary drawing revisions. Maintaining accurate project documentation and drawing registers is also a key part of the role, ensuring that the design intent and project standards are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or technical office roles. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential, along with a good understanding of shop drawings, construction details, BOQs, and materials. Experience coordinating with different teams and fluent English communication are also required.
