Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Québec, Canada. This is a 12-month contract position.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the city's future by contributing to the quality of living environments. You'll work with property owners, developers, and professionals to ensure projects harmonize with the existing urban fabric and enhance the collective experience. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing architectural and urban projects, providing recommendations, and collaborating to find solutions that balance development needs with community expectations and the preservation of local identity.
You should have a bachelor's degree in architecture and at least three years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on architectural analysis for permit applications. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop is expected, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Membership in the Order of Architects would be an asset.
