Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Architect to join their team in Noida, India. You'll be responsible for creating and managing architectural BIM models using Revit, and preparing detailed drawings for construction.
You'll work closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure smooth BIM integration and resolve any coordination issues. The role involves maintaining BIM standards, assisting with quantity take-offs, and collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 2-5 years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD, and a good understanding of construction detailing and building codes. Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and problem-solving is key.
